Its that time of year again, time to dig out your best slides and enter the Dingwall National Slide Exhibition. This year we have Paul Exton, Duncan McEwan, and Allan Gawthorpe as our judges. As with last year, we have retained the Natural History section, due to the popularitary of this genre.
When you are selecting your slides, please ensure that you have read the conditions of entry carefully, particularly the one referring to previous acceptances in a Dingwall Exhibition. Unfortunately we do receive some slides that are similar to previous acceptances and, if not detected before selection takes place, can lead to repeat appearances and disappointment to other exhibitors who abide by the rules.
Could you also bear in mind that the Exhibition is shown at a large number of venues to varied audiences. We have had a very small number of slides presented that were of dubious taste.
The closing date for entries is 8th October 2007, so select your four best General and four best Natural History slides and send them in!
You will some information on the pages here, you can also download a PDF file for the Entry Form ( 85Kb ) and the Entry Leaflet (220Kb ). and the Entry Labels ( 40Kb ). (you can get the Acrobat Reader from Here)
